HRD Corp Funding Options

For HRD Corp Sufficient Users: 100% Cost-Neutral!

The total program fee is RM 12,500, but your company pays RM 0 out of pocket. Under the new Allowable Cost Matrix (ACM), 70% of the course fee is directly covered via the overseas program grant (RM 8,750). The remaining RM 3,750 balance is completely covered by utilizing your eligible 7-day daily allowance surplus (RM 750/day = RM 5,250).

For HRD Corp Insufficient Users: Co-Investment Flexibility

Submission Cutoff

New HRD Corp Processing Stringency (Circular No. 2/2026)

To protect your levy funding, your HR department must adhere to these tightened evaluation rules:

Strict "One-Query" Limit

HRD Corp will only issue one (1) query per application. If a query is raised, employers are required to address and resolve it within five (5) calendar days. Failure to respond perfectly within this window gives HRD Corp the right to reject the application immediately.

No Post-Approval Modifications

Once a grant is approved, modifications are no longer permitted. If your organization needs to make any changes, you must cancel the existing approved grant and submit a completely new application from scratch.

Airport Transfer, Hotel Check-In & Airfare Policy

✈️ Airport pick-up will be arranged at Sunan Shuofang International Airport (WUX), with transportation provided from the airport to the hotel.

🕒 Please note that the hotel’s standard check-in time is after 3:00pm. To ensure a smooth schedule and adequate rest, participants are strongly encouraged to check in on the 23rd and rest accordingly. The group will depart together on the morning of the 24th to commence the scheduled program.

🏨 Participants who arrive earlier than the 23th or require early check-in are required to make their own accommodation arrangements at their own cost.

💺To comply with HRDCorp’s 50% reimbursement policy, participants are required to book Economy class airfare only. Air tickets booked under other travel classes will not be eligible for reimbursement or approval.

Please refer to the suggested airline schedule for flights from Kuala Lumpur or Penang to Guangzhou (Baiyun) and return. We will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel on July 28, 2025, and from the hotel to the airport after the training on August 1, 2025 (The travel distance is approximately 30 minutes).

Economy class is required to meet the HRDCorp’s 50% reimbursement policy; other classes will not be approved.

For participants who do not fall under the suggested flight schedule (example : Arriving earlier, extending their stay beyond the training dates etc) transportation to the hotel or airport will need to be arranged at their own cost.
