In order to attain 100% financial assistance** or 100% HRDF grant**. Employers need to :
a. Apply and Log in to HRDF system :
Applications > Profile Management >Employer > Training Programme Listing > List of Training Programmes > Search button type ” Business Innovation & AI Transformation” & enter
b. The supporting documents that need to be submitted and included are:
1. Brochure
2. Trainer profile
3. Quotation (Kindly fill in your company details)
4. Sample of Justification letter (Kindly use own letterhead and apply similar content given)
Once all documents has been furnished. Please attached in the system portal and submit.
*Please make sure sufficient amount is available in the respective employer levied fund.
**It is subject to final discretion from HRDF on 100% grant approval.

From Guangzhou (Baiyun) to Kuala Lumpur 10.20am – 2.35pm (Air Asia)
From Guangzhou (Baiyun) to Penang 4.50pm – 9.00pm (China Southern)
Please refer to the suggested airline schedule for flights from Kuala Lumpur or Penang to Guangzhou (Baiyun) and return. We will provide transportation from the airport to the hotel on July 28, 2025, and from the hotel to the airport after the training on August 1, 2025 (The travel distance is approximately 30 minutes).
Economy class is required to meet the HRDCorp’s 50% reimbursement policy; other classes will not be approved.
For participants who do not fall under the suggested flight schedule (example : Arriving earlier, extending their stay beyond the training dates etc) transportation to the hotel or airport will need to be arranged at their own cost.
